SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
Our summer office hours will be from 9am-12pm, Monday Thursday. The office is closed on Friday. Please call before you drop by to make sure someone will be here. You can mail tuition checks throughout the summer to P.O. Box 2250, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578. To avoid late fees, please consider the safe, convenient option of paying by direct deposit. Call the office for more details or contact Dee Knutson, our bookkeeper, at 650-9101.
STUDENT SUPPLY LISTS & READING ASSIGNMENTS
The summer reading assignments, supply lists, and new school year calendar will be posted on the web site
SPORTS PHYSICAL
Any student planning to participate in fall sports needs to have physical forms returned to office before first practice. This could be as early as August 4th. Also any outstanding athletic fees for 07-08 need to be paid before participating next year.

SUMMER SUNDAY NIGHTS
Sondance has been invited by The First Baptist Church to host their summer Children's Church program held on Sunday nights through the summer. We are excited to share this with all our CA families as well.
WHO: Current Kinders -12th grade
WHAT: Worship dance, biblical song studies, community outreach

UNIFORM POLICY UPDATE 2008-2009
All students in grades K-8 must wear solid red, navy or white collared shirts each day as part of their school uniform. Shirts are to have no logo other than the CA academic or athletic logo. CA will no longer require that all uniform shirts be embroidered. Each student must, however, have one white, one red and one navy uniform shirt that are to be embroidered with the academic or athletic logo as part of their uniform attire.
INK CARTRIDGES
We will continue to collect used ink cartridges throughout the summer. There is a cartridge drop off container in Mrs. Moores office and one in Mrs. Gallimores office. Your used cartridges can equal free money for Christian Academy.
STANDARDIZED TESTING SCORES
Standardized test scores will be mailed by the end of June. Please call the school office if you have any questions.
HTC PHONE BOOK RECYCLING PROGRAM UPDATE
Thank you to all who participated in the phone book recycling program. Christian academy raised $150.00. A special thank you to Sam Croland for organizing the event, and to those who made many trips to the drop
